It's hard to say. I would describe them as blue/brown. Blue around the outside edges, and brown around the pupils. It seems impossible to get a picture of what they actually look like in person.
They also look different depending on how open her pupils are. If her pupils are dilated, the brown goes away and they look more blue.
I tried different lights and camera settings. This highly overexposed shot was the best I could do, click on it to see the big version.
