Spring skiing

Beautiful day of spring skiing with Esther. Trying out the camelback Svea got her for her birthday.

Van finds my phone

Did you know you can use the camera on someone else's phone without knowing the passcode? Van knows this. These are the kinds of pictures I come back to.

Baby Van

These memories of Van keep showing up on Facebook, he's about Jon's age. Thought I should save them since I started the blog when Van was about 3.

Jon videos

Fun with Jon

Jon you sweet wonderful baby.
Playing with grandpa and the cash register.

Sledding with me and Van.

Family ski!

First ski with all 5 of us! (Andy not pictured, he got lost or something)

Esther paints her birdhouse

Fur Rondy

Van and I did some Fur Rondy rides, despite my skepticism, it was a lot of fun. As long as you're wearing snow pants, winter rides are great! short lines, friendly people.

Such a good joke

Vanessa and Esther to go Denver

Esther and I went to Denver to visit my friend Saige who had a brand new baby, Sam.
We left at midnight.

So we bought eye covers for sleeping

and matching jammies for Saige and her baby

Esther slept great on the plane but still crashed at the end of the first day.

Esther and I walked to the zoo one day. Here we are stopping for a playground break.

Waiting for my friend Anna-Liisa in downtown Denver

Riding the 16th street bus, Esther's favorite.

My favorite was the matching pajamas and going to sleep and waking up together every morning.
