Me: "Lake Otis"
Van: "Like Otis? why did you say a 'like' in front of it."
Me: "Not 'Like', LAKE Otis. like a pond or something"
Van: "Oh. why did you put a pond in front of it?"

Me: "I don't know"
Van: "When I get big, I want to go up in the sky and bonk it on the head."
Me: "What?! why?"
Van: "It's always bright-ing me."
(Van hates the sun in his eyes when we're driving)
