I've been doing a lot of running this trip since I can't swim, bike, or do CrossFit here. I'll be excited to get back to a more diverse workout routine when I get home, but I've had fun enjoying the running here since I know the running season at home is pretty much over.
I also took the opportunity to time my 1 mile run on the track at Megan's school. The last recorded time I had from early summer at CrossFit was 8 minutes, so I was happy when I finished this one in 6:54. I hope to keep bringing it down, in high school my fastest time was 6:05, it would be so neat to approach that time again!
