Things Van Says

Van goes into my bedroom in the morning, but I was already out in the living room, I hear,
"Hey, where's that 'neaky mama?"

"I be right back. Mama, don't touch my cars."

"Why not?"

"It's dangerous. You'll get hurt."

Van is making trouble and Grandma is trying to stop him,
"Grandma, you mad at me? I paint you picture, make you feel better."

Van up for the second time to 'use the bathroom' aka postpone bedtime.
Van is sitting on the toilet, looks down, confused.
Van: "It's not working."
Andy: "why not?
Van: squishes and squeezes, "It's all gone!"

It's 5:30 in the morning and Van is beside my bed.
"hey mama, want to go to the fair?"
'not today Van'
"want to go to grandma's house?"
'it's too early'
"want to go to the zoo?"
'it's not open yet'
"want to go to Finn's house?"
...

'No problem mister!'
