Legos and Napping

Andy has been spending his weekends helping Hans work on his house. The kids and I played hard, Esther fell asleep and Van played with Legos quietly while she napped.

Kyle and Thomas came back into town on their way to Teller to teach for the year. For one night only, the kids played dizzy dinosaur with Thomas and then we ate delicious Fish and Chips.

Esther wanted me to write Mo Man's name. I told her I would if she drew a picture. I thought it turned out great!

37 weeks

36 weeks on Flattop

I should note, these pictures are old, from 3 days before my doctors appointment. I don't have any desire to do it again before the baby, and the doctor said that was probably a good idea, given that if I went into labor at the top of the mountain, I'd be unlikely to make it back to the car, and to the hospital in time. So from now on I'm staying close to home.

BUT on Tuesday I had organized a hike for my work group. It was supposed to be a month ago, but it got postponed. Given the day started out raining, we had pretty nice weather. The sun even came out at the top.

36 week belly picture.

36 weeks

I had my 36 week doctors appointment yesterday and he said I was 3 cm dilated, 80% effaced and the baby was low. He didn't think I'd make it to my due date, but we know it is possible (given my last pregnancy). So we will see what happens next.
