Up all night

Sleeping on vacation can be tough. We've had a few good nights, but last night was not one of them.

 

Esther was up from 12:30AM to 3:00AM. I was with her from 12:30AM - 2:00AM and while for the first hour I genuinely tried to get her back to bed, during the second hour we just played.

She is a booger, but she is cute.

Autumn Leaf Festival

We've had fun at the Clarion Autumn Leaf Festival.

Here Esther and I are waiting for the start of the parade.

Here are the kids waiting for the parade. The floats throw candy so they are ready and waiting.

Conference call

I had one work related conference call to complete during our vacation. Here are the pictures from Andy and Duane entertaining the kids while I am on the phone.

During the 2 hour call, I only had a quick 10 minute presentation so I did 100 burpees and 100 pushups while on mute.
I was pleased with my multi-tasking.

Walnut Creek

This place was amazing. So many different animals in a 40 acre enclorsure and we took a wagon through it.  They would come right up and we could feed them.

This was one of the zoo highlights, a two story transparent slide that went through the river otter display.
We did this slide numerous times.
